Hlo dear, ayurveda is best for ano- rectal procedures especially kshar sutra. You can apply jatyadi oil for healing but that is not permanent. You must visit ayuveda ano- rectal surgeon for examination and follow up

Yes — **chronic fissure with sentinel tag and spasm CAN be managed and healed with Ayurveda**, **without Ksharasutra or surgery**, *provided you are disciplined with medicine + diet + bowel routine*. Since it has **recurred 3 times**, the root cause is **still active**, not removed. I’ll explain **why it keeps coming back**, then give you a **clear, non-surgical Ayurvedic protocol**. --- ## 🔍 Why fissure keeps recurring (Ayurvedic view) In Ayurveda, fissure = **Parikartika / Gud Parikartika** ### Root causes: 1. **Apana Vata imbalance** → dry, hard stool → spasm of anal sphincter → delayed healing 2. **Pitta aggravation** → burning pain → cutting sensation → inflammation 3. **Local Rukshata (dryness)** → cracks reopen easily 4. **Incomplete healing of tissue** → forms **sentinel tag** (chronic sign) 💡 Until **Apana Vata + Pitta are corrected**, fissure WILL recur — regardless of ointments. --- ## 🟢 Can Ayurveda cure chronic fissure without surgery? ### ✔ YES — if: * No abscess or fistula * Pain decreases after bowel * No continuous pus discharge Sentinel tag **does NOT always require removal** if fissure heals completely. --- ## 🌿 AYURVEDIC TREATMENT (NON-SURGICAL) ### 1️⃣ Stool Softening & Apana Vata Correction (MOST IMPORTANT) #### 🔹 ***Churna * **Dose:** 1 tsp at night * **With:** warm water * Softens stool naturally (not habit forming) 👉 If stools are very hard: * Add **1 tsp ***husk** with warm water at night --- ### 2️⃣ Healing the fissure & reducing spasm #### 🔹 ***Rasayan * Powerful wound healer * Reduces infection & burning **Dose:** 1 tablet twice daily after food #### 🔹 ****Ras (plain) * Controls burning & Pitta * Soothes anal canal **Dose:** 1 tablet twice daily after food --- ### 3️⃣ Local application (MANDATORY) #### 🔹 ****Taila * Apply **inside anal canal** (½ inch) * Morning + night + after motion 👉 Relaxes spasm + heals crack 💡 Best applied using finger or applicator, not cotton. --- ### 4️⃣ Sitz Bath (VERY IMPORTANT) * Warm water * Add: * 1 tsp *****decoction** OR * Rock salt ⏱️ 10–15 minutes, **twice daily** This: ✔ Relaxes sphincter ✔ Improves blood flow ✔ Speeds healing --- ## 🥗 DIET RULES (NON-NEGOTIABLE) ### ❌ STRICTLY AVOID * Spicy food * Fried food * Bakery / refined flour * Tea, coffee * Dry snacks * Late dinner * Excess sitting ### ✔ INCLUDE DAILY * Warm cooked food * Moong dal * Bottle gourd, ridge gourd * Papaya * Ripe banana * Ghee (1–2 tsp/day) * Warm water only 📌 Never suppress urge for motion. --- ## 🧘 Lifestyle corrections * Fixed toilet time (morning) * Don’t strain * Don’t sit >5 minutes on toilet * Walk 30 minutes daily --- ## ⏳ Healing timeline * Pain relief: **7–10 days** * Spasm reduction: **2–3 weeks** * Complete healing: **6–8 weeks** * Sentinel tag may shrink gradually 👉 Surgery only needed if: * Severe spasm not responding * Continuous bleeding * Complications (rare) --- ## ⚠ Important warning ❌ Do NOT use: * Repeated laxatives * Chemical ointments long-term * Steroid creams They weaken tissue & worsen recurrence. --- ## 📌 I need to ask you 4 quick questions to refine this further: 1️⃣ Stool consistency now (hard / normal / loose)? 2️⃣ Burning after motion? 3️⃣ Any bleeding currently? 4️⃣ How many hours do you sit daily? Answer these and I’ll **fine-tune dosage & duration exactly for you** 🌿 Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.
Next Steps
kindly book consultaion.

Namastey Your chronic fissure in ano is occurring again and again, that means you are not treating its root cause. It occurs when someone has chronic hard stool and constipation, that when passing stools makes a cut on the anal verge. So the main approach should be treating your hard stools and constipation. For that Basti Karma, specially Matra Basti will really help you. No need to go for Ksharsutra. If you can get good treatment for the constipation and hardstools.

If you do not want to undergo Ksharasutra treatment or surgery for a fissure, then you need to pay close attention to your diet and lifestyle. You should consult a qualified Vaidya to understand what kind of foods should be avoided during seasonal changes and in different seasons, and follow the appropriate dietary regimen accordingly.

Hello Sir, There is no need for Kshara Sutra or any surgical procedure in most cases. Most chronic fissures with a sentinel tag can be effectively managed with internal medicines and appropriate external applications. Gut health plays a very important role in healing. A proper diet is essential, and constipation must be identified and corrected.
