Rest: Give your body time to recover. Hydrate: Drink water to stay hydrated. Avoid trigger foods: Identify and avoid foods that worsen your symptoms. Over-the-counter remedies: Consider OTC medications like antacids or pain relievers, but consult first Eat bland foods: Stick to easy-to-digest foods like rice, bananas, and plain toast. Probiotics: These may help with certain stomach issues, but consult a doctor. Avoid alcohol and caffeine: Both can irritate the stomach lining. If the pain is severe, persistent, or accompanied by other concerning symptoms, it's important to consult for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
