Hello 👋,
It’s likely that your stomach pain, loss of appetite, and weakness are due to gastritis or gut irritation from the recent antibiotics (Norflox-TZ) and Bandy Plus course.
For now:
Take Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily before breakfast for 10 days.
Start a probiotic (like Econorm or Darolac) once daily for 5–7 days.
Eat light, bland food — khichdi, curd, banana, coconut water.
Avoid spicy, oily meals, coffee, or alcohol for a week.
Stay well hydrated.
If pain is severe, vomiting develops, or weakness continues beyond a week, please get a CBC and LFT done and consult locally to rule out gastritis or antibiotic-associated colitis.
You should start feeling better in 3–4 days with this care.

Hello dear,
Your symptoms are most likely due to gastritis and disturbance of gut flora caused by the recent course of Bandy Plus (albendazole + ivermectin) and Norflox-TZ (norfloxacin + tinidazole). These medicines can irritate the stomach lining and alter digestion, leading to pain, loss of appetite, and weakness.
Next Steps
1. For stomach pain and gastritis:
• Tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily, 30 minutes before breakfast for 7–10 days.
• Syrup Sucralfate 10 mL three times daily before meals for 5 days (optional if pain is more).
2. To restore gut health:
• Probiotic (cap bifilac once daily after lunch for 5 days)
3. For weakness and loss of appetite:
• Tab. Zincovit once daily after food for 10–15 days.
• Eat light, easily digestible food — curd rice, dal, khichdi, boiled vegetables, bananas.
• Avoid spicy, oily, and fried food, tea/coffee, and alcohol for at least 1–2 weeks.
• Keep yourself hydrated with water, soups, or tender coconut water.
Health Tips
If pain persists beyond 5–7 days of course completion
If there is vomiting, black stools, or significant fatigue.
If appetite doesn’t return — you may need a LFT, CBC, or ultrasound abdomen.
Do consult your doctor for that.
Do not use medicine rationally as it can wash good bacteria from the stomach and make it worse hence consult for furthur evaluation and give detail history of stools in which area there is pain any other associate problem
