A knee problem
I'm an athlete. I have the pain inthe outside of my knee,I feel the patella klicking every time I straighten my leg, and with even a small amount of resistence I have pain, and it gets worse. I had an MRI which says that I have degenerative changes on both meniscs of type 1/2. (I'm from a non english speeking country but I did my best to translate the diagnosis) What do you recomend? PS: If you say I could take a screenshot of the MRI pictures and send them to you. Thank you !
