I am suffering from knee pain from a very long time I recently went to a doctor. He got my xray done but it showed nothing. He said that my legs structure is not straight and I am at risk of developing knee problems.I am overweight and I am trying to loose some weight but as soon as I start exercising like yesterday I did a 1 hour zumba session the pain starts happening. What should I do.
