You might have some knee effusion because of some trauma. Do ice packs and do not sit with knee bent for long hours. Do static quadriceps exercises. Take some painkillers and anti inflammatory drugs after consulting your ortho doc. U wil be fine. Apply crepe bandage when u walk or job. No running for few days.
