Above the ankle ..there is some area of skin was burn... And it wouldn't not heel. He used silver nitrate gel.and amoxicillin tab.the wound is not cure..plz suggest some medicine. and he has blood sugar level 140 in fasting..

As he is a diabetic the wound will take time to heal and he will be susceptible for further infections. I would advise you to meet a general surgeon so that if there's any slough it can be removed which will help the wound to heal better. Also his sugar levels need to come under control with changing dose of medications which can be done after his wound has been evaluated.
