If the burn is superficial then just silver sulphadiazine is enough
If muscles or dermis is exposed take oral antibiotic cover with it like Tab cefexime 200 mg once per day for 5 days (depends on depth of wound)
If bone deep consult a surgeon would need a reconstruction and skin graft for it

To maintain hygiene , hand can be washed.
It should be washed with a mild soap, lukewarm or tepid water but not scrubbed. Immediately after ,wipe dry just by pressing lightly with a soft, clean, hand towel. Then apply silverex.
