I was boiling water it fell on me .on my hand skin is burning please suggest what to apply now. How to recover from this and how long it will take. My skin is badly burning.

Wash it wish cold water for now. Do not cover the wound. Just apply burnol and you might have to take antibiotics to avoid infection depending on the degree of the burn. Consult if required.

According to your sign and symptom it is case of first degree burn.
You should apply ointment like
Ointment- Silverex two time per day
and take antibiotic with multivitamin to recover as soon as possible.
