My baby has completed 6 months and i have started rice water and moong dal water to him. But he splits out everything as it is blend. (no salt added to it) later i have introduced apple puree that he ate happily. Kindly suggest whether to add salt to baby food cause my baby is not taking food without salt. Or tell me the alternate options for it.

Salt and sugar naturally present in the food is okay for the child
But no salt or sugar on top of food or in food preparation
Also child doesnt have a taste for salt or sugar till 1 year of age
Prefer food as paste or puree not rice water or moong dal water (no nutrient value)
Need to follow a fix routine of food for 3 days or if possible 7 days.
Give items like khichdi, curd rice, dal rice, banana, potato, Raab, apple, banana like paste and puree. Introduce item in step wise manner
