Food for 1year old
Hello my baby is 1year old and im trying to transition her food from puree to solids but whenever I change the texture or try to give her whole rice she vomits everything out . How can I get her to start eating proper solid food ?

Start introducing one type of food at a time, not mixtures of food at a time. By this u ll get to know the likes and dislikes of child.
Next Steps
Give the format of food the child likes.

Slowly introduce new food after the child adapts to previously introduced food comfortably and then do rotation of food each time of time
