Will 10g of protein powder worsen kidney damage? I 'm taking medicine for mental illness for a long time. It causes kidney damage. Will taking 10g of protein daily will worse this?

Hi.. You need to check your renal parameters like blood pressure , creatinine, urine routine to know if you really have any kidney problem.
