Sir/Maam actually I had done a normal urine routine test in which there is Protein+++ in the urine whereas it should be negative, so I want to know how this protein came in the urine and why it increased and how to make it normal.

Hi, I need detailed clinical history and examination to assess the situation. I need to know if you're losing only protein or blood, and your blood pressure readings are also needed. Diet, UTIs, and physical exertion can cause protein in urine, but usually it's 1+ or 2+. 4+ might indicate a kidney issue.
Next Steps
You need a thorough evaluation to determine whether it is transient or not. Repeat the complete urine examination, urine protein-creatinine ratio, CBC, and renal function tests.
