X ray chest shows enhanced blood vessel and lymph node shadows, which could be due to allergic cold or cough, chronic dust exposure. One time, streak of blood could be due to throat infection. However to ensure that there is no big problem like T.b. , get cbp with esr and sputum test done.

A small streak of the blood while coughing, is common during an upper respiratory tract infection.A single episode does not indicate any further tests.

It may be due to viral infection that time. Hemoptysis (blood in sputum) due to acute bronchitis. No active treatment needed if asymptomatic.
Next Steps
If blood in sputum recurs, or if there is:- persistent cough >2–3 weeks fever, weight loss, night sweats chest pain or breathlessness → then evaluate with repeat chest X-ray ± sputum tests / CT chest

From your history, coughing up a small streak of blood just once, especially during a period of severe cough and cold, is most often due to irritation of the throat or airways from infection and forceful coughing. Since it has been about 50 days and you currently have no cough, fever, or other symptoms, this is unlikely to be anything serious. Such minor bleeding usually settles on its own once the infection and cough resolve. Based on the image shared, the chest X-ray does not show any obvious acute abnormality.
Health Tips
consult a doctor, if there is recurrent blood in sputum, weight loss, persistent cough, chest pain, or fever.

In my opinion, your single episode of a small streak of blood was likely caused by acute bronchitis or a severe respiratory infection. Intense coughing can irritate the delicate lining of your airways, causing a tiny blood vessel to break—much like a minor nosebleed. Since 50 days have passed and you have no current symptoms like cough, fever, or weight loss, it is highly likely that the underlying cause has resolved on its own.
Next Steps
Even though you feel fine now, you should take the following actions: Consult a General Practitioner: It is best to have a routine check-up to rule out any underlying issues, especially if you are over age 40 or have a history of smoking. Inform your Doctor of Risk Factors: Mention if you have any history of blood clots, heart disease, or travel to areas where tuberculosis is common.
Health Tips
Monitor for Red Flags: Seek immediate medical care if you experience a return of blood in your phlegm, new chest pain, shortness of breath, or unexplained weight loss. Avoid Irritants: Stay away from cigarette smoke and environmental pollutants that can irritate your airway lining. Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of fluids helps keep your mucous membranes moist, which reduces the chance of irritation during future minor illnesses.

According to your history, there in no need to worry now, that blood stained sputum while coughing is may be due to respiratory tract epithelium erosion which may occurs sometime while coughing or vigorous coughing
Next Steps
You have no symptoms now so It's ok but If any symptoms let me know .You can go for sputum for AFB for precautionary measure

First of all as there is no problem now there is nothing to dig to the past . Xray shows infiltrated around carina and some lung tissue mostly suggestive of viral picture The blood is nothing but irritation causes some epithelial sloughing and minor injury that is the reason you might have got that blood So relax forget about the past If any other query kindly consult your nearby physician 🙂
