I have recurrent wrist pain which comes and goes. I lift weights in gym but not that heavy. My wrist pain comes and goes and i only have pain in my left wrist. Out of 7 days a week, i have pain in my upper part of wrist for almost 5 days a week.
I put volini/moov on it everyday and put bandage on my hand. But it does not give me much relief. I have no other symptoms such as lose of grip/tingling sensation etc.
what would you recommend? Can it be something serious?
Would you recommend seeing a doctor? If yes then what kind of doctor?
