Wrist pain
I have recurrent wrist pain which comes and goes. I lift weights in gym but not that heavy. My wrist pain comes and goes and i only have pain in my left wrist. Out of 7 days a week, i have pain in my upper part of wrist for almost 5 days a week. I put volini/moov on it everyday and put bandage on my hand. But it does not give me much relief. I have no other symptoms such as lose of grip/tingling sensation etc. what would you recommend? Can it be something serious? Would you recommend seeing a doctor? If yes then what kind of doctor?

Care AI Shimmer
• Sports Taping • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

As per your history this pain can be either due to ligament injury or cartilage damage. It can be differentiated through some physical tests that a sports physiotherapist can guide, so either visit one or consult online. Till then avoid heavy activities and apply ice.
