Are you having some dental issue? If you have , please visit a dentist. Other than that you can apply Mosiba Gel over the lesion and take antibiotics like Tab Clavum 625 twice daily for 5 days along with painkillers.

This is most likely a traumatic oral ulcer or aphthous ulcer near molar area. It can occur due to sharp tooth edge, cheek bite, or local irritation. Pain is common and it usually heals on its own in 7–10 days.

next -Tab Paracetamol 500 mg – twice daily after food for 2–3 days -Tab Vitamin B complex – once daily for 10 days -Apply Mucopain gel – 3–4 times daily before food for 5 days Investigation: to do Dental evaluation if not healing in 10–14 days

This could be ulcer. Keep mouth hygiene nd start vitamin B12 supplements if doesn’t recover in 2 days consult physician

No, its heal by own or self resolving,  dont take too much painkiller. If pain dont go own or its not heal own then you consult with an ent doctor.

Looks like an aphrhous ulcer or abscess. Take tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days Tab combiflam one every 8hours for 3 days. Apply orasore ointment,  2 to 3 times over it.
