I don't know what is happening to me
Symptoms: High heart rate started before 3months High pressure Tinnitus constant started 3weeks ago Tests done: Thyroid USG Scan abdomen CBK ECG 2D Eco So the story is: My father and mother both had huge medical issues (heart attack and knee fracture) 15 days apart. After that I have started to feel high heart rate constantly. I went to 2 doctors and even took opinion from practo doctor recently. The first two doctors are giving me beta blockers and clonafit 0.25. This didn't work. It was all good when I am taking medicines but when I take a day off the medicines it starts again. I went to cardiologist and he also said heart is normal. Then 2-3 weeks ago my ears started ringing and I went to ENT as well. He gave me cognitive tab and deflorazacort. But the ringing is still there. Doctors have treated me as anxiety patient but is it just anxiety? Can there be any other issue?

Based on your history and the investigations already done, this picture fits very strongly with anxiety-related autonomic overactivity (stress response / panic spectrum disorder) rather than an undiagnosed heart or ear disease. Key points supporting this: • Trigger: Severe emotional stress (both parents seriously ill within 15 days) — a classic precipitating factor • Cardiac work-up normal: ECG, 2D Echo, cardiologist opinion → rules out structural heart disease • Symptoms fluctuate with medication: Beta-blockers and clonazepam control symptoms → suggests functional (nervous system–driven) cause • Tinnitus onset after prolonged stress: Very common in anxiety due to heightened central auditory sensitivity • Persistence despite reassurance: Anxiety disorders often persist even when tests are normal Importantly:
Next Steps
1. Stop cycling on/off medicines • Taking beta-blockers or clonazepam intermittently causes rebound symptoms • Medicines must be taken regularly and tapered properly, not skipped 2. Consult a Psychiatrist (not just GP/ENT/Cardio) • For proper diagnosis: • Generalized Anxiety Disorder • Panic disorder • Stress-related autonomic dysfunction • Psychiatrist can: • Optimize medication (SSRIs/SNRIs if needed) • Reduce dependence on clonazepam over time 3. Rule out only if clinically indicated (not repeatedly) Consider once if not already done: • Serum electrolytes (Na, K, Mg) • Vitamin B12Ferritin / Iron studies (Deficiencies can worsen anxiety & tinnitus) 4. ENT follow-up • Tinnitus often persists weeks to months • Steroids help only if inflammatory; anxiety-related tinnitus improves with stress control
Health Tips
• Do not google symptoms — it significantly worsens tinnitus and palpitations • Limit: • Caffeine • Nicotine • Energy drinks • Start daily regulation practices: • 30 minutes walking • Slow breathing (4–6 breaths/min) • Fixed sleep timing • Avoid silence for tinnitus — use low background sound • Understand this clearly: If heart disease were present, symptoms would worsen despite medicines — not disappear with reassurance or clonazepam. ✔ Your symptoms are real ✔ Your organs are structurally normal ✔ The problem is most likely stress-induced autonomic nervous system overdrive (anxiety spectrum) ✔ The right specialist now is a psychiatrist, not another cardiologist or ENT If you want, I can: • Explain why tinnitus happens in anxiety • Help you understand which medicines are safe long-term • Share non-drug techniques to calm heart rate permanently

Your symptoms seem to be due to  situational anxiety. Which beta blockers did you take and in which dose? What is your b.p currently? Please share this information,  then I can help you. Just try doing some deep breathing and pranayam morning and evening,  take tab alprazolam 0.25mg one when you are ready to  sleep. There should be no disturbance after taking alprazolam. Take tab cinnarizine 25mg one every 8hours for 7 days. Stop any other meds. You should feel better after a week.
Next Steps
Get thyroid function tests done to exclude any underlying disease.

It could be because of high blood pressure. And other reason will be anxiety only. You need to treat both
