Hi I am getting high blood pressure everyday by 10mm/hg per day.Yesterday it was 145mm/hg(sys) and today it shows 155mm/hg. Need quick advice what to do. I already shown the issue with 2 physicians and getting same medications of vitamins and painkillers. They are saying. 155mg is normal for 23 y/o. I am also getting dizziness through the day and nausea also. Please help.
