BP fluctuates throughout the day and is operator and device dependent too. Also varies due to medication.Maintain a daily record of BP recordings at different times for 3-4 days and then consult with your doctor who will adjust her medicine accordingly

Hi given her age and other co existing illness , her BP should be in below 140/90 mm Hg. Kindly maintain a bp reading log when you consult a physician next time. Early morning BP readings are the best.

Both are normal readings. With this reading there should be no need for treatment.

As your mother is diabetic and hypertensive, her BP needs to be reduced further around 130/80 either modifying the present medicine dosage or addition/substitution of a third suitable antihypertensive.
