I am 32 years old, trying for second baby, we are trying from couple of months, i couldnt concieve so i visited doctor today. She did some blood test abd prescribed me to take this tablet Desogestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol tablets USP, but when i searched in net it showed that this tablet is used to prevent pregnancy, i am worried should i take this tablet or no, why would she prescribe me this tablet when i want to concieve

I think you are having irregular period that's why first she is giving tablet for regularise the menstruation minimum for 3 months.In between get done all hormones basic level.
