First evaluate the cause for prediabetic phase and hypertension . Whether its due to stress induced or secondary to other causes . If its stress and lifestyle induced , then you are on right track . If its due to other causes , you need to treat the cause . Get done fasting lipid profile , fasting c peptide levels , whole body assessment for fat , then consult me .

Your HbA1c (6.2) suggests prediabetes and your diastolic BP is persistently high, both of which should be well controlled before pregnancy. These can affect ovulation and pregnancy outcomes. I recommend a pre-conception consultation with a gynaecologist to review BP medications (use pregnancy-safe drugs), optimise sugar levels, and start folic acid. A urine pregnancy test should be done since your period is delayed. Lifestyle changes and regular exercise are good—continue them. With proper optimisation, chances of conception improve.
Next Steps
Do a Urine Pregnancy test and a panel of investigations to be advised on consultation

Firstly if you have delayed cycle then do a urine pregnancy test ,though you had spotting at ovulation sometimes it can be positive.if it is negative dont be disheartened ,we need to evaluate your prediabetic state and hypertension for other causes and plan accordingly

You need to consult a Gynecologist for further management and any help required for conception. Lifestyle changes and regular exercise is a very good step. But hypertension and prediabetes needs management.
