Should I try 2nd IVF after Miscarriage
I’m 37. In my first IVF, 31 eggs were retrieved but quality was poor; I got two day-5 blastocysts (5AB, 5BB). We did ICSI but did not do any PGT testing.Two FET worked initially (HCG 111) but ended in an early miscarriage at 4w5d—my first conception.My husband sperm quality is really good. I tried IUI twice but it failed.
Should I try naturally, do another IVF(will egg quality issue be poor again), or consider donor eggs? Please Help

Your age is 37 yrs, so better option will be another cycle of ivf bit with own egg or or donor egg will be decided after reevaluation of your oocytes' quality and quantity by investigations like AMH level and AFC with some insight into previous ivf stimulation details.
