Hii...I have weakness. I don't like lefy vegetables. Sometimes I miss meals whether it breakfast or lunch or dinner. I take milk in night. I don't sleep much. I have lot of work that's why I miss all important things. But I usually tired when I do something . I want to have women's Horlicks or bournvita. but I need help to start this.

Gud afternoon only having bournvita or horlicks is not the only solution.u need to have a healthy balanced diet with exercise daily,have sufficient water,reduce stress by doing meditation or yoga,sleep for atleast 6-7hrs in night.
