Why do I feel pain just below the ribs.

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I feel pain bearable one (just below ribs) not under ribs. but similar pain I feel in my back of shoulder too. From couple of months I feel bit obestic and have irregular eating. Can I get some satisfactory explanation. Why and what could be the solution. My abdomen remains heavy and sometimes loss of Apitite. Please suggest the possible cause. Thank you
