Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello Doc... I have a white spot on the corner of my lower lip.. It's been 15 years...sometimes it is itchy but it is not spreading...what is it? 6years ago I was consulted a dermatologist near by..he told that it's vitiligo and will spread soon...but it's not spreading..then what is it?
