It may be related to the diet the child is taking. If the child is not having any other complaints like abdominal pain or loss of appetite or vomiting then there is no need to worry regarding the colour of the stool even if it is white

Yellowish discoloration of urine?
Fever?
History of bulky amount of stools? Loud farting sounds while passing stools?
Itching over abdomen and body?
History of fatty food intake?
Whitish clay colored stools in children can be a problem sometimes.
