My 3 months old baby passed a small poop after 6 days usually he passes large poop once in a week is it ok or i have to consult a doctor as he didn't pass large poop

If baby is active,, playful and feeding well with no green vomiting then no problem.Constipation is normal till 1 year of age.Contiue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age.
