2 months old baby not pooping
My baby is about 60 days old now. Until 45 days he used to poop daily atleast 4 to 6 times. But after 45 days he started pooping 3 days once and now even after 4 days he is not pooping. Could you please suggest this. Many thanks in advance.

Hello, I understand your concern. Both patterns of passing motions are normal. It is fine if baby passes motions multiple times a day or once in few days. It’s not necessary for baby to pass daily. If your baby is feeding well and his tummy is not getting swollen, then you can continue to just observe.
Next Steps
Ensure proper feeding. Burp well.
Health Tips
If you feel your child is straining or crying while passing motions, then you can contact for further detailed consultation. Kindly book consultation via Practo.

It's important for mom to stay hydrated so her breast milk has enough water to help the baby with their stools. If the little one is doing well otherwise, going every four days isn't a big deal.
