Hi my daughter is 12 year old and is very anaemic since her birth. Because of her anemia she is always very tired and not very active in her day to day activity. Kindly suggest some iron supplement for her which is best for treating anaemia especially in girls of growing age?

A diet plan for anemic needs to include a healthful balance of iron rich food like green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, fish, lean meat, fortified breakfast cereals. Take vitamin c rich food which increase ur iron absorption so add orange juice, strawberries, broccoli and other fruits include in ur diet.
