2 months ago Anal fissure surgery was done and surgeon dvised me not to strain during passing stool in future So my question is If I only sit on toilet without giving any strain then how stool will come ??? It happens if I get diarrhoea. So my question is what is the natural process of passing stool ??? It is only just I shall go to toilet and sit and then stool will come without any strain .
