Anal fissure and external piles
I have been suffering from anal fissure and external piles for the last 2 weeks. I have a small cut near anus and a small lump near anus. I have constipation and IBS. I am feeling discomfort while sitting and bowel movement. Bleeding happened for the 1st 2 days. Then no bleeding. Can anyone suggest to me what is the best treatment for this and how to recover from this?

At first your IBS needs to be treated. It's an autoimmune disorder.
