You have a bacterial upper respiratory tract infection. Could be tonsillitis or pharyngitis Need to start antibiotics and warm water gargling + steam inhalation. Tablet mucolite may help in releasing the thick secretions.

You should take treating as follow as 1cap Pantop dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food. 2- Tab Dolo for pain as sos . 3- Tab Montina l 1 time per day for 3-5 day in the evening after food. 4- Tab Amoxyclav 625 mg 2 time per day for 3 day after food. 5- Cap Vizylac 2 time per day for 3day after food . 6- Syp Grinlinctus 5 ml 2 time per day for 3 day . 6- Multivitamins A to Z gold 2 time per day for 3 day for strengths and immunity.
