I'm 153 cms and 60.5 kgs. I'm married for 2 years. I have pcos since age 15. We are trying to get pregnant. We were under fertility treatment since one month of marriage and concieved twice but both ended in miscarriage. I was very lean and my weight increased after marriage. I had lean body type and severe pcos on both ovaries. Now I have to reduce my weight . Any suggestions?

consume high tiber, low gi foods , complex carbs like millets, whole grain cereals, soy products, tofu, soya beans, all seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, moderate high biological value plant proteins, low fat dairy, nuts of almonds, walnuts etc..seeds like flaxseeds, chia seeds , dry fruits like figs, apricots, warm lemon water on empty stomach followed by a 45 mins brisk walk on all the days of the week..are beneficial during pcos... and intake of omega 3 and 6 rich foods is highly beneficial.. No to outside foods at all, avoid high fatty, greasy foods, deep fried, oily, transfats and saturated fats foods also .. Healthy lifestyle modifications like daily walking both morning and evening around 45 mins of brisk walking, taking steps, situps, skipping if not pregnant now, yoga, surya namaskar, meditation anytime etc are all recommended in pcos.. good sleep and rest, exposure to the sun, early dinner by 7 pm with broken wheat upma with lots vegetables in it is advised.

Pcos can treated modification of life style,reducing weight and exercise. So at first target should be weight loss. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet ,add planty of water. Avoid oily and fried food.

Hi You need to eat small meal . Every meal should have lots off salads. Stop munching. Stop eating deep fried food,packed food. Drink 2 to 3liters off water in a day.
