I have been suffering from corona and then dengue, typhoid, mild hepatomegaly and grade1 fatty liver I have been advised to loose weight I have just recently started recovering from my ailments My current weight is 90 kg Height 5 foot 4 inches I am a 23 year old law student with hectic schedule and hence looking for a plan best suited for my lifestyle.
