Weight-loss, weakness and irritation
My kid 3 year old was suffering from urine infection from November 5 till nov 15.
He is fully recovered now. But has lost significant weight, has lost appetite, he has weakness and is irritable.

Also all these signs may be of dehydration of disease persistence.
