I have, 4 years old baby boy he suffering from cold and cough from, 1 week and cold from, 15 days i have started medicines but his weight become low with in a week he lose,1 kg weight it is normal please answer

Hello it is unlikely that weight is reduced by 1kg within 15days due to cold and cough.
I would suggest you to once visit your pediatrician for physical evaluation
