Weight loss medicine
Hi, I am 35 years old man, my weight is 83 kg and my height is 5.6 ft. My problem is my weight, as per my height my wait should be 70 kg approx. Someone suggested me to eat Patanjali Divya Medohar Vati. I just wanted to know is it safe to eat as me and my wife trying for a baby. Secondly, how to take this medicine, I mean what time is preferable to take this medicine and how many I have to take. Please doctors let me know.

Won't recommend any medicine for weight loss when you want to go on family terms It's better to start your day with breathing exercises and walk for 30 minutes Avoid fried foods Include more of fibre in your diet For further queries you can consult me on this app

Such supplements are not meant to be taken if you are planning a family. Also, it can be advised but take a consultation. Trust me a good diet and exercise would help you. Suggest to take a proper consultation. Regular exercise or yoga helps. Go naturally for a good cause. Cut down sugar intake, refined and processed food, alcohol and caffeine. Cut down majorly on all carbs, add protein, veggie and fruits.  Eat green raw veggies as salad,  avoid processed food, maida, ( bhaturas, pizza, burger, Chinese), airated drinks, sugar should be avoided as much as you can,  go a natural way..I have good experience in prescribing conditions. All the best! If all ok, you can take 2 rahe BD.
