Have only 2 meals per day i.e. morning and evening . Have sugar free diet. Reduce the intake main diet by 1/3rd and increase the quantity of side dishes . Do the physical exercises. Take Kanchanara guggulu 2 tablets thrice daily and Stholyahara kashaya 20ml twice daily with quarter glass of warm water
