I m 29 age. I m currently taking sidhha medicine for irregular periods. My weight is 82. I wish to lose weight. Can I take weight loss porridge made out of natural ingredients with main ingredient as kollu ( horse gram). Will it affect the siddha medicine intake ? Please help
