Im 15 years old. 55kg and i am 165cm tall. I dont like the excess fat around my hips and i want to be really skinny like i want to slim my legs down alot so i can be around 45kg. I thought about starving but everyone says its bad. My aim is to reach that target in around 1 month. I really dislike exercise but if its necessary i will do it. I can handle running and if possible i would like to just know how fast i can achieve my goal by starving. I want to be like those skinny girls on instagram
