Hi.. i am sushma. i am blessed with a baby boy on june 2017 its been 4 months.. i had cesarean, i was fat from before.. i was 67kilo before now after birth i am weighing 70. 1. i want to reduce my weight, i want to start yoga but as it is cesarean can i start? is there any alternative? 2. i want to go on healthy diet, which is good, is it safe to change my diet as i eat lots of chips, chocolates every day. i know its bad but, i cant control. i am 23 years old. 4.8 is my height.. please sugge
