Firstly you start cinnamon water , green coffee beans water, cumin seed water etc. Decrease your carbohydrate like : chappati, Rice, Maida and all products, eat more vegetables, fruits, soups, buttermilk homemade, take curd of skimmed milk on daily basis, use skimmed milk only in your diet, at night take only light meals like khichdi, Dalia, soup, fruit yoghurt, take ghia soup more beneficial... And do crunches, squats, mediatation, For 20 minutes Do not sit after taking meals, do not drink water between the meals..

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
