Hi Based on the information you have provided it’s difficult to give you a holistic solution. However let me highlight some key factors you need to keep in mind. Abdominoplasty or liposuction is a temporary solution and should only be chosen in case of fatal obesity or if you are immobile and are not being able to work & move. While they might remove abdominal fat for a while you will put on that weight as soon as you get back to your old eating habits. I would sincerely recommend you visit an endocrinologist who can help you with your hormonal imbalances if any. I would also suggest you visit a Nutritionist who could help you chart out a healthy lifestyle. I was 150 kgs myself and I understand what you are going through. I know how difficult it is to keep yourself motivated. Along with your doctors and a Nutritionist I would also recommend if you could see a psychologist who can help you with your habits and lifestyles and give you tips on how you could improve your nutritional psychology.
