Hi, Depending on your body type ayurvedic physicians add certain medications when using ashwagandha as it is hot in nature therefore one should be really careful while consuming ashwagandha for the purpose of weight gain. If the nature of your body is hot and you are using ashwagandha without any cooling effect then it will not help you. Hence proper consultation with an ayurvedic expert is highly recommended.
Health Tips
You can drink milk + ghee after you take ashwagandharishta.
