If your child is active then weight gain is not a great factor, also it might be casuer due to helmenthic infection for that antihelmenthic medicines to bw given as prevention in children. Consult for proper treatment

Deworming is the first step. And then You can start with ashwagandha leha . Make sure she gets enough of nutritious food like fruits, nuts , eggs . You can opt for curds instead of milk.( as it promotes weight gain).

At 7.5 years old, a weight of 22 kg can be normal, depending on height and overall growth pattern. If the child is active and their height is increasing as expected, this is usually not a serious concern. However, if weight has remained stagnant for several months, mild nutritional support along with dietary correction can be helpful. Treatment Plan  1. Ashwagandha Churna  ¼ teaspoon daily at bedtime with milk  Duration: 3  months  2. Swarnaprashan  Once a week in the morning on an empty stomach  Duration: 3 months  Diet Recommendations  Include daily:  - Full cream milk  - 1–2 teaspoons of ghee in meals  - Moong dal or paneer  - Banana milkshake (3–4 times per week)  - 4–5 soaked almonds  - Homemade nutritious snacks (besan laddu, peanut chikki)  Avoid:  - Junk food  - Excess biscuits and chocolates  - Cold drinks

Namastey Your 7.5-year-old daughter weighing 22 kg can still be within a normal range, especially if her height is increasing and she is active and healthy, as sometimes children grow taller first and weight catches up later. If she eats well and has no frequent illness, weakness, or chronic loose motions, this may simply be her natural body type (often lean and active).

Health Tips
To support healthy weight gain, focus on nutrient-dense foods like milk, ghee in dal/roti, soaked almonds, banana with peanut butter, eggs (if taken), homemade laddoos, and regular meal timings rather than junk foods. Also ensure deworming is up to date and consider checking hemoglobin if she looks pale or fatigued.
