Hi! I would recommend you should not take a fat burner because fat burner is harmful to our health in some or the other way. You should always loose weight in a healthy manner. As I always say it's the body in which you have to live in so take care of it and don't put unwanted things In your body. You should consult a Dietician for a personalized plan for weight loss               ______________________ Till then you can follow the following tips that may help little           1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily. As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Son't overeat. which u have to live in !
Next Steps

Hi..it will be ideal if you feed the child for 1 year..breast feeding also helps in Weight loss. On contrary fat burning pills are not ideal to loose weight as they hamper metabolism and also initiate weight gain once left. A combination of Balanced diet and exercise with good sleep will help you to loose Weight.
