Hi I do yoga or small exercises at home and want to gain weight. Which protein powder is best to gain weight without any side effect I am also trying to maintain diet by adding eggs, non veg, carbs, fibre etc.

Hi You don't need protein powder to gain weight. Try to include healthy fats in required amounts like nuts and seeds, avocados. This will support weight gain. Also do not start taking protein powder without doing a blood test.
