Weight Gain
Hey, I am a 26 yrs 5ft girl. from past 6 months my body has gain weight including my face. i have tried good diet plans, left milk tea, rice or fatty and fried products but no results came up. i do home exercises also through which i get some relief but not able to continue it for a long time. my major concern areas are my face, thighs and hands.
