My 24 year old son feels fatigue, so I got him tested, all the test parameters are good, except allergy. Can the weakness be due to allergy, he also has flu like symptoms in morning? Please suggest any treatment.

Your son has alergic rhinitis that's why he has cold in the morning.
He needs to stay away from dust .
Keep his room clean.
Can use mask when going out.
Fatigue can be due to dehydration.
Drink plenty of water with ORS ( mix one packet in 1 little of water and drink 3 packets per day for a week or even more).
Have healthy diet.
Can take tab levocitrazin 5 mg at night for a week.
Take vit c with zinc chewable tablets everyday one tab.
