Despite antibiotics If it's not responding means either its viral fever or antibiotics needs to be upgraded .. So detail clinical history needs to be evaluated, preexisting diseases needs to be analysed..u can consult for that ..
Meanwhile u can do test for CBC, typhoid, malaria, dengue.. Better to rule out above diseases
